I've been doing a freezer challenge this past week, so the meal plan has been flexible to say the least. This week will see freezer stocks decline really fast, every day something will be coming out, starting with tonight's lump of roast beef.
Monday and Wednesday I'll be able to use up two packets of mince and a packet of grated onion, carrot, celery and zucchini. Tuesday will see a packet of chicken, a packet of grated zucchini and a packet of grated onion turned into a curry. On Thursday the boys will take out some grated cheese and salami for their pizzas. Friday I will use up the last of the bulk buy of crumbed fish I bought in April and a packet of MOO wedges I prepared before we went away, thinking the kids would probably use them. And lastly on Saturday I'll get out a packet of English muffins to use for our tea.
All that should make a little more room, soon I'll be able to actually see what is where and get everything organised properly again.
