I felt a bit trapped having paid the $220 which was going to be wasted if I did not continue with the plans - anyway, long story short asked the professional if she could manage the same job for $ 700 and she agreed. And today, we had a quote for upgraded air-conditioning - asked if the price could be reduced by $800 but he salesman would only drop $250.
