Cath's Meal Plan 8 - 14 May 2016



This week we will be eating:

Sunday: Roast Chicken

Monday: Mexican meatballs, rice

Tuesday: Cream cheese patties, salad

Wednesday: Schnitzels, tomato gravy, steamed vceggies

Thursday: MOO Pizza

Friday: Chicken enchiladas, salad

Saturday: Haystacks

Cheats Haystacks

Ingredients:
1 tin baked beans
1 tin kidney beans, rinsed
1 tin diced tomatoes
1 pkt corn chips*
1/2 cup grated cheese

Method:
Mix baked beans, kidney beans and diced tomatoes and warm through. Layer corn chips on plates and top with bean mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.

*Instead of corn chips I often use MOO pita chips, they're cheaper and just as nice.
